The representative projects in which Nastasia has been recently involved include (i) legal assistance provided to an international healthcare services provider in relation to a transaction targeting the entry on the Romanian market, through the acquisition of a chain of healthcare clinics; (ii) legal assistance provided to a German car manufacturer with respect to the implementation of a joint venture project in Romania;

(iii) legal assistance provided to an international investor active on the real estate market of luxury compounds in relation to the structuring and implementation of a real estate project from the perspective of corporate and contract law, as well as in relation to obtaining and documenting the funding of the project.

Nastasia has a double bachelor’s degree in law and a specialisation in international business law, as a result of successfully completing a master’s degree programme (LLM with merits) at Queen Mary University of London.
